Bible study plan
Holistic Health
Twenty-five studies on health the way the Bible actually treats it — body, mind and spirit together — from a world made good, through lament and wisdom, to Jesus healing whoever came.
Twenty-five studies on health the way the Bible actually treats it — body, mind and spirit together, never split apart. It begins with a world where bodies were made and called very good, and with what broke: pain, shame, hiding. Then the psalms and the proverbs, which pray honestly through illness and treat words, wisdom and rest as matters of physical health. Then fourteen encounters with Jesus, who touched the untouchable, asked people what they wanted, refused to explain whose fault it was, and healed the ear of the man arresting him. It closes where the story closes — a river, a tree, and leaves for the healing of the nations. For community leaders and health workers, and for anyone who has been ill and wondered whether God was paying attention.

How to use a Bible study plan
Read one passage at a time together and ask a few simple questions: What does this tell us about God? About people? What will you obey this week, and who will you share it with? Simple, repeatable, and easy to pass on.
