Identify, Equip and Connect are the same three movements a church runs — they just ask smaller things of you. None of it needs a budget, a building, or anyone’s permission.

Identify — you already know your group
Someone in it, or someone one of your members knows, is closer to God than they have said out loud. You do not need a program to notice that. You need to ask, and then listen.
Equip — one method, learned in an evening
Read a short passage, tell it back, answer four questions, and each say what you will obey this week. That is the whole method, and your group can learn it in a single meeting.
Connect — help the next one start their own
At this scale connecting is simple: when someone in your group is ready to open the Bible with a person of their own, help them do it. That one handoff is the difference between a group that studies and a group that multiplies.
