Disciple-Maker Cohort

A small cohort of leaders from different churches, meeting twice a month on video with Byron or a trained CoMission facilitator. Between calls you work through a set path in the Learning Library and put it into practice — opening the Bible with real people — then bring back what happened. You do the work in your own church; the cohort keeps you moving and helps you through what gets stuck.

Who it is for

• Leaders ready to lead the change themselves
• Churches that want a few people trained before going church-wide
• Anyone who learns best alongside others

What you get

• Live group coaching twice a month (60 minutes, on video)
• A cohort of up to 12 leaders
• A set path through the Learning Library and DBS drills
• A WhatsApp group for your cohort between calls
• Cohorts in English and in Spanish
• Join any month — no end date
• Your church buys one seat or several, with no volume discount, and enrolls its leaders through its point leader

Alongside them, keep sharp with the DBS drills.

Before we start

Your church signs a short commitment first. If your church cannot pay, a sponsor can cover most of the cost — see how sponsorship works.

• Your minister and elders agree in writing to the changes the work requires.
• One named point leader, and a core group of at least a handful of committed members.
• A baseline measure at the start, and the same measure every quarter.
• Open reporting to CoMission — and to your sponsor, if you have one.
