  1. What does this show me about God?

    • Jesus tells this story so people will "always pray and not give up." What does he expect God to do for his people?

  2. What does it show me about people — and about me?

    • The widow has no power at all — only persistence. What does that say about who can pray?

  3. What will I obey this week?

    • What have you asked for once and then dropped? Will you take it back to God this week?

  4. Who will I tell?

    • Who is worn out from waiting on God? What could you say to them?

Grow

Growth is God's part, not yours. Do the cycle faithfully and trust Him to give the growth (1 Corinthians 3:6–7).

Pray

God, the judge in the story did not even care, and he still gave her justice because she kept coming. You are not like him at all. Help me not give up.
