We come to you. We sit with your leaders and work out where your church actually is rather than where the plan says it should be, build a written disciple-making roadmap together, set up the platform, and then coach you through the first 90 days — which is where most roadmaps quietly die.

Everything in Launch, plus monthly leadership coaching, congregational disciple-maker training, coaching on the two numbers we hold ourselves to, and a review every quarter. This is the one that changes a culture rather than a calendar, and twelve months is roughly how long that takes.

A network or an association rather than one congregation, scoped around what the network is already trying to do. Longer, slower, and the only shape where churches end up training each other rather than us training all of them.
Start a conversationEvery church that works with us contributes something, and no church is asked to carry the whole cost. That is deliberate: a church that gives nothing has committed nothing, and a church asked for everything simply never starts.
What that contribution comes to depends on where you are and how big you are, and it is a real conversation rather than a number on a page — we would rather ask the right question than post a figure and let you work out for yourself whether it applies. Partner churches cover the rest, which is what makes the whole thing possible.
Host us. Housing, meals, a venue, translation — all of it counts toward what your church contributes, at rates we will walk you through. Many churches cover their entire contribution this way, and they have genuinely contributed: hosting a team is not a discount, it is work.

Every quarter we write up what actually happened — who was trained, how many people opened a Bible for the first time, how deep the multiplication went, and what got harder. It's the same report our partner churches read. Ask for it, and we'll send the current one.
