What it is
A seat on staff, not a consultant who visits
A Discipleship Coach is a fractional staff role — part-time and remote-capable, but a real seat with real accountability, not an outside adviser who appears occasionally and leaves a report behind.
One generation of discipleship is common. Disciples who make disciples who make disciples is rare, and it is rare for structural reasons: nobody owns it, nothing tracks it, and the people willing to do it are never matched with the people asking. This role exists to close that gap, and it has one job.
You do not need this to run the framework. The method and the curriculum are free, permanently, and any church can pick them up and run them without us — see how the framework works

Equip
Online Classes and Bible Studies
New believers move through baptism, the first forty days and disciple-maker training into actually discipling someone else — with the training tracked rather than assumed.
Connect
SoulPath
Trained disciple makers are matched with confirmed seekers, and those matches are actively stewarded rather than left to chance.
The rollout
Outreach first, then multiplication
Six phases across eleven months. The order is the argument: real seekers exist before anyone is trained to meet them, so the training has somewhere to land.
Months 1–3
Outreach ministries first
Stand up the prayer ministry and the access-ministry partnerships — building the flow of seekers, and the urgency that comes with seeing it.
Months 3–5
First disciple-maker cohort
A small, committed group trains toward opening the Bible one-on-one with seekers who have already been identified.
Months 5–7
First matches, second cohort
The first cohort graduates and starts meeting with seekers. A second cohort begins training behind them.
Months 7–9
Quarterly classes begin
The new-members class and disciple-maker training move onto their standing quarterly rhythm.
Months 9–11
Train the trainer
The reproducibility step — training the people who will train the next disciple makers, so the rhythm does not depend on us.
Month 11 onward
Scale the system
Cohorts, quarterly classes and trained trainers reinforce each other. The first quarterly elders review lands here.
Accountability
How we will know it is working
DMR — Disciple-Maker Rate
What share of your disciples are actually discipling someone else. The real multiplication signal, not attendance.
MGD — Maximum Generational Depth
How many generations deep multiplication has actually reached — disciples of disciples of disciples.
Quarterly, a written elders review and a meeting: real numbers, looked at together rather than merely generated. Weekly, a short staff update so progress stays visible between quarters.

The ask
What it costs, and how we talk about it
Coaching fees vary based on church or group size and the length of the engagement. A congregation of forty and a network of four thousand are not carrying the same thing, and a single published number would be wrong for almost everyone who read it.
It is an addition to your staff rather than a purchase, so it runs as a term rather than a project — twelve months at a minimum, because the rhythm above does not exist in less. We will put real numbers in front of you in the first conversation, alongside what your church would actually carry.
